MARC FRIEDMAN

Marc Friedman is an investment professional with Bard Capital Group, LLC, a private equity investment firm formed to identify, acquire and manage operating companies while providing a demonstrated ability of achieving increased profitability and shareholder value through active operating involvement, financial engineering and industry consolidation. Prior to this, Marc was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance department of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. He focused on middle-market mergers & acquisitions and public and private placements of equity and debt. Prior to Stifel, Marc was an associate with Morgan Stanley. Marc earned his MBA and Masters in Finance from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, and B.S. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
