My values of community, connection, and discovery motivated me to facilitate therapeutic recreation for people with developmental and cognitive disabilities at a local not-for-profit. I later pulled from my experiences to author the organization's first Volunteer Handbook.

What are you up to now?

Sometimes I rehabilitate a 120 year old house in Pueblo, or visit my 87 year old grandfather in Denver. Otherwise, I just try to keep my 30 year old bicycle rolling after hitting too many potholes, and having no road map.
